TriLynx was founded in 2014 by Markus Ritsch and Steve Malers to assume ownership and support of the NovaStar5 software platform from HydroLynx Systems, Inc. (HydroLynx). The NovaStar5 software is recognized as the industry leader for real-time hydrological data collection, management, and notification. TriLynx is working closely with HydroLynx to ensure that customers are well supported during the transition of NovaStar5 system from HydroLynx to TriLynx.
TriLynx is located in Fort Collins, Colorado. TriLynx is well positioned to support NovaStar5 customers and enhance the system into the future. Markus Ritsch and his company Water and Earth Technologies (WET) are experts at installing and supporting NovaStar5 along with the integration of ALERT/ALERT2 field equipment and telemetry systems. Markus will continue to lead WET parallel to TrilLynx. Steve Malers has extensive experience developing software for hydrologic data and leads several organizations in the development of and use of water resources software tools. TriLynx will be reaching out to existing customers to collect feedback on the NovaStar5 product in order to continue the excellent customer support and plan for product enhancements.
Over the next several years, TriLynx will work closely with Dave Leader and Kim Blair to transition in a smooth manner the software and its technical support.
